Service Overview: This is a professional sole swap service for Air Jordans with Durabuck uppers. Durabuck is a soft synthetic material that mimics suede/leather, but becomes fragile as it ages. It must be handled carefully to avoid cracking or flaking during restoration. This $700 service includes the donor pair used for the swap, but it does not reuse the original outsole. The entire sole unit is replaced for a clean, refreshed finish. Service Details: Full removal of the old sole and adhesive cleanup Installation of a full donor sole (no reuse of original outsole) Sneaker-grade adhesive bonding and precise alignment Controlled heat process to prevent Durabuck damage Careful handling throughout to protect the upper Durabuck Precaution: To prevent premature cracking, a small separation is intentionally left between the edge of the midsole and the upper. This prevents tension buildup and allows light flexing over time, protecting the material from stress. Included in Price: Donor sole (midsole and outsole) Labor and materials for the full replacement Protective handling for Durabuck uppers Recommended For: Restorations where the original outsole is damaged, oxidized, or beyond repair, and the owner prefers a complete sole replacement for a like-new appearance.

This service professionally re-bonds and re-stitches sneakers built with cupsole construction, such as Jordan 1s, Nike Dunks, and Air Force 1s. These models require precise alignment, strong adhesive bonding, and full perimeter stitching to properly secure the sole back to the upper. Each pair is handled with care using professional restoration techniques to ensure the structure, shape, and original craftsmanship are preserved.
